Job summary

Emotiv Technical Recruitment seeks a Compliance Consultant in Coventry to embed GDPR-compliant processes for DSARs, PAPs and other third-party information requests. You will join a small team and report to the Process Delivery Manager, ensuring timely, accurate responses.

The role requires attention to detail, strong data privacy knowledge, and the ability to work independently while coordinating with colleagues to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sensitive business area or similar role.
• Knowledge of Data Subject Access rights (GDPR).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership.
• Team-oriented with awareness of wider team needs.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.
• Good influencing and prioritisation abilities.
• Strong analytical thinking and risk-based decision making.
• Proficient Excel used for data analysis and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Embed GDPR compliance for DSAR, PAPs and third-party information requests.
• Collaborate within a 4-member team and report to Process Delivery Manager.
• Ensure timely responses to regulatory and statutory deadlines.
• Identify process improvements and maintain data accuracy.
