Job summary

urbanbubble Ltd is seeking a privacy/compliance-minded professional to support DSARs, data protection inquiries and governance tasks. The role involves assisting with rights requests, monitoring the data protection inbox, and escalating complex issues to the DPO as needed.

You will also support DPIAs, RoPA updates and training initiatives across the business, helping promote privacy best practices. The ideal candidate has knowledge of UK GDPR, strong MS Office skills, and experience with records

Qualifications

• Understanding of UK GDPR and data protection principles.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills; Purview experience is advantageous.
• Experience working with records, information management or compliance processes.
• Exposure to legal, audit, risk or governance activities.
• Project coordination and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs) and other rights requests.
• Monitoring the data protection inbox and responding to enquiries.
• Escalating complex or high-risk issues to the DPO.
• Supporting investigations into potential data breaches and incidents.
• Maintaining Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) and supporting DPIAs.
