Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is recruiting a Compliance Consultant to embed GDPR compliance for DSARs and other information requests. This maternity cover role is inside IR35 and pays a fixed umbrella rate.

The role involves working with a four-person team, taking ownership of tasks, and ensuring timely responses to data subjects, third parties and internal stakeholders.

Formación

• Experience in a similar role or sensitive business area.
• Knowledge of Data Subject Access rights (Right to Access).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership while collaborating with the team.
• Strong communication skills across all levels.
• Good influencing and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to prioritise workload to meet deadlines.
• Strong analytical and risk-based decision skills.
• Advanced Excel for data analysis and reporting.

Responsabilidades

• Embed GDPR compliance for DSAR and information requests.
• Work within a small team and report to Process Delivery Manager.
• Deliver timely responses to data subjects and third parties.
• Maintain accurate employee master data and activity reporting in Excel.
