Job summary

Futura Design Ltd. is seeking a Compliance Consultant in Coventry to embed GDPR compliance across DSAR and information requests. This maternity cover role operates Inside IR35 and sits within an umbrella pay arrangement.

The successful candidate will join a four-member team, reporting to the Process Delivery Manager, and work to ensure timely, risk-based decision making while maintaining high standards of data protection and stakeholder communication.

• Experience in a similar or sensitive business area.
• Knowledge of Data Subject Access rights, notably the Right to Access.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership while delivering results.
• Team-oriented approach with consideration for wider group needs.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills across all levels.

• Ability to prioritise workload to meet tight deadlines.
• Excellent critical thinking and risk-based decision making.
