Job summary

Our OEM Client based in Whitley, Coventry, is seeking a Compliance Consultant to join their team on a maternity cover contract, Inside IR35. Umbrella Pay Rate: £28.43 per hour.

The role focuses on embedding GDPR-compliant processes for Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR), PAPs and other information requests from third parties and employees, with a high priority to meet legal response deadlines. You will work with a team of 4, take ownership of tasks, and report to the Process Delivery Manager,

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role or sensitive business area.
• Knowledge of Data Subject Access rights (Right to Access).
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of own work.
• Team-oriented approach with awareness of wider team needs.
• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Embed GDPR compliance for end-to-end DSAR and PAP processes.
• Handle information requests from third parties and employees with timely, risk-based decisions.
