Energy Jobline CVL is seeking two Compliance Consultants to join our HR team at Whitley, Coventry. You will support DSARs, PAPs and other information requests, ensuring GDPR compliance and timely responses within deadlines.

Working in a small team, you will review data, assess risk-based requests, and collaborate with stakeholders across the organisation while maintaining confidentiality and high accuracy in all handling of sensitive information.

Qualifications

• Experience in a compliance, data, HR or sensitive business environment.

Responsabilités

• Manage DSARs, PAP and other information requests in line with GDPR requirements and statutory deadlines.
• Review and analyse employee and business data to support accurate and compliant responses.
• Assess information requests and make appropriate risk-based decisions.
• Prioritise and manage a varied workload, ensuring deadlines are consistently met.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders across the wider organisation.
• Identify and resolve issues that could impact the successful delivery of requests.
• Maintain a high level of confidentiality, integrity and accuracy when handling sensitive information.
