Job summary

Milk Education is seeking a committed GCSE Intervention Support professional to join a supportive secondary school in Manchester. The role focuses on raising attainment for Key Stage 4 students across Maths, English, and Sciences, delivering targeted sessions and tracking progress.

You will work 1:1 and in small groups to close gaps, collaborate with teachers, and promote positive study habits and confidence. Ongoing consultant support and free CPD are provided.

Qualifications

• UK-based experience supporting students at GCSE level.
• Strong understanding of the KS4 curriculum.
• Excellent communication and behaviour management skills.
• Ability to build positive, supportive relationships with students.
• A passion for helping young people overcome barriers to learning.
