Job summary

Milk Education are seeking an enthusiastic Intervention Teaching Assistant to join a primary school in Croydon from October. You will provide targeted support to pupils through individual and small-group interventions, helping children build confidence and make progress with their learning.

The role focuses on delivering planned interventions, supporting literacy and numeracy, monitoring progress, and adapting activities to meet learning needs.
