Job summary

Project Global Limited is seeking a GCP DevOps Engineer to join a London-based hybrid role. The position is a 12-month contract with a day rate aligned to market norms.

You will collaborate across Data Engineering, Application Development, Architecture, and Operations to deliver secure, scalable cloud solutions on GCP. You will design and automate CI/CD, manage Kubernetes deployments on GKE, and implement robust monitoring and reliability practices across platforms.

Qualifications

• Experience with Google Cloud Platform and enterprise-grade cloud platforms.
• Proficiency in IaC, CI/CD automation, and container orchestration.
• Strong collaboration with cross-functional teams and vendors.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement end-to-end CI/CD pipelines.
• Automate application and data platform deployments.
• Manage source control integration and release orchestration.
• Improve deployment frequency, reliability, and rollback mechanisms.
• Deploy and manage workloads on GKE and containerized apps with Docker.
• Configure and maintain monitoring and alerting frameworks for reliability.
