Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in senior executive management roles within financial services.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, risk management and controls.
• Experience with programme and portfolio management and cost reporting.
• Ability to navigate complex matrix organisations and partner with multiple functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for senior audiences.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain workforce and financial plans for Cybersecurity in line with GCIO.
• Execute workforce lifecycle activities with People teams and talent programs.
• Develop business cases for workforce initiatives including AI impacts.
• Manage multi-year financial planning, budgeting, forecasting and reporting.
• Identify cost optimisation levers and ensure cost recovery of global costs.
• Oversee third-party management from deal initiation to post‑execution validation.
• Govern portfolio oversight for the Cybersecurity change portfolio with milestones and risk escalation.
