MBDA is seeking a System Architect to contribute to GCAP/FCAS programmes. You will shape concepts, specify architectures and lead a multi-disciplinary team through early development. Collaboration with customers and industry partners will be essential.

The role requires MBSE proficiency, strong communication and the ability to navigate uncertain early-stage tech. Hybrid working is offered with on-site presence four days a week.
