Job summary

MBDA is seeking analytical system thinkers to join a pioneering Defence programme focused on Future Combat Air Programme for the Royal Air Force, in a global GCAP partnership with Italy and Japan. You will help develop Weapon Effects Management capabilities, reduce cognitive load, and coordinate complex weaponry within an agile team.

The role requires strong communication with senior stakeholders, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

Qualifications

• Analytical systems thinker who can develop and communicate new concepts and architectures.
• Ability to present and engage with senior internal/external stakeholders.
• Willingness to learn and deliver as part of an agile team.

Responsibilities

• Delivery of key System of Systems concepting activities.
• Requirements elicitation and decomposition.
• Architectural processes across Model Based Engineering tools.
• Collaborate with design teams to define and convey system concepts, trades, and constraints.
• Support cross-functional assessment and analysis activities.
