Qualifications

• Recent experience as a Gateway Assessor or providing information, advice and guidance to the public via face to face, telephone or email.
• Understanding of the main enquiry issues in assessing clients' problems.
• Experience using interpersonal skills to understand needs, especially in telephony contexts.
• Committed to the Service's aims, principles and equal opportunities policies.
