Job summary

Culina Group in Harworth is hiring a Gatehouse Administrator on a full-time permanent basis. You will manage movements of customer products within the warehouse with a focus on accuracy and operational excellence.

The role requires handling loads, pre-advises, reports, and maintaining schedules across shifts. A background in warehousing or logistics and strong customer service skills are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficient in the use of WMS and Microsoft Excel.
• Great communication skills both written and verbal.
• Willingness to work within a warehouse environment dealing with products in and out bound and returns when required.
• Ideally you will have experience within a Warehousing/Transport/Logistics/3PL background.
• Previous Goods In/Out, Stock Control or Inventory experience.
• Have a strong Customer Service background.

Responsibilities

• Assist and support the warehouse operatives when required.
• Maintain communication with the Shift Manager and escalate issues in a timely manner.
• Pre-allocate loads and input pre-advises for customer inbounds.
• Compile and send reports as required.
• Run orders in line with instruction and scheduled dispatch times.
• Move staff across work areas to maintain correct flow of activities.
• Select Loading / Un-loading Bay based on current operational requirements.
• Update the Electronic Schedule and Auto-store to reflect on-site activities.
• Carryout stock shortage investigations on picks and monitor replenishments.
• Control equipment allocation.
