Culina Group Limited is hiring a Gatehouse and Despatch Clerk in our Contract Logistics division at our UK site. You will be responsible for receipting and despatching loads, ensuring timely, secure gate operations and accurate paperwork.

Working hours are Monday to Friday, 2pm to 10pm, with a salary of £25,740 per annum plus a £1,000 shift allowance. The role requires attention to detail, strong communication and the ability to work as part of a team.

Competenze

• High level of attention to detail required.
• Ability to organise and prioritise workload.
• Must be a team player with initiative.
• Good PC skills and knowledge of MS packages essential.
• Excellent communication and ability to meet tight deadlines.

Mansioni

• Receipting and despatching loads in a timely and secure manner.
• Dealing with drivers at inbound and outbound gates.
• Liaising with Operations Controllers to allocate bays.
• Checking and sealing vehicles and ensuring correct paperwork.
• Completing inbound/outbound paperwork promptly.
• Using the inbound schedule to book deliveries into slots.
• Using CCTV to ensure site security and assisting with checks.
