Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Gate Automation Engineer to install, service, and maintain automated gates across the South East. You will fault-find, repair equipment, and ensure work meets safety and compliance standards while liaising with customers on-site.

The role requires strong electrical and mechanical skills, an ECS card, and a valid UK driving licence. You will join a growing team with opportunities for development.

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing gates, automation systems, and access control.
• ECS card is essential.
• DHF and GateSafe training preferred but not essential.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Proactive approach with good problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, service and maintain automated gates and access control.
• Fault-find and repair automation equipment.
• Deliver work to high safety and compliance standards.
• Liaise with customers on-site to provide excellent service.
• Work mainly in the South East with occasional staying away.
