Job summary

Catering seeks a Gate Automation Engineer to install, service and maintain automated gates and access control systems across the South East, with occasional stay-away. You will join a proactive team delivering high standards of safety and service on residential and commercial projects.

We require an ECS card, strong electrical and mechanical skills, and a full UK driving licence. This permanent role offers a competitive salary and a company vehicle, plus ongoing training and development

Qualifications

• Proven experience installing gates, automation systems, and access control.
• ECS card is essential; DHF and GateSafe training preferred but not essential.
• Strong electrical and mechanical skills with a proactive approach.

Responsibilities

• Installing, servicing, and maintaining automated gates and access control systems.
• Fault-finding and carrying out repairs to automation equipment.
• Delivering work to the highest standards of safety and compliance.
• Liaising with customers on-site to provide excellent service.
• Work predominately based around the South East, with occasional stay away.

Salary: £40000 - £50000/annum
