Job summary

North West Teaching Hospital in Lancashire is seeking a Consultant Gastroenterologist for a substantive or fixed-term contract. The department handles a broad range of GI conditions and is expanding services, with ongoing development of GI physiology and liver services.

A 7-day gastroenterology service expansion and strong nursing support are in place to back therapies and diagnostics. Applicants from overseas are welcome, with Certificates of Sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• GMC registration not essential; licence to practise required.
• Overseas doctors welcome; Certificate of Sponsorship available.
• 10–12 programmed activities negotiable.
• Sub-Specialty interest supported.
