Triple West Medical has been appointed by an NHS Trust based in the North West to help recruit a Consultant Gastroenterologist for a substantive or fixed-term contract.
The Trust provides general acute health care residents in the region along with tertiary care for digestive diseases. With over 9,000 staff and a turnover of over £800m, the organization is one of the largest in the country with multiple sites.
They are now looking to appoint an enthusiastic Consultant Gastroenterologist as part of departmental expansion and continued development of specialized services. The successful candidate will work with local managers and professional colleagues to ensure the efficient running of services and will share in the medical contribution to management alongside consultant colleagues.
The department receives around 1,500 outpatient appointments per year. The division also has a state-of-the-art Endoscopy Unit performing approximately 20,000 procedures annually.
Our client is happy to issue Certificates of Sponsorship to suitably qualified overseas doctors; however, GMC registration is essential for this position.
