AVA Energy in the UK is seeking a Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager with a background in turbine aerofoil manufacturing. You will drive across a network of European supplier sites to optimise yield and reduce component cost while maintaining quality.

The role involves hands-on engineering leadership, significant time at supplier sites in the UK, Italy and Hungary, and close collaboration with cross-site stakeholders.

Competenze

• Senior Manufacturing Engineer or Manufacturing Engineering Manager level.
• Hands-on experience in turbine aerofoil or precision aerospace/energy component manufacturing.
• Strong supplier management and project management capability.
• Comfortable working across multiple sites and stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Controlling turbine aerofoil manufacturing across a European supplier network.
• Significant time at supplier sites across the UK, Italy, and Hungary.
• Mapping true movement volumes and quality data across the network.
• Identifying and implementing improvements to increase yield and reduce component cost.
