Job summary

Zuno is seeking an experienced gas surveyor to support office-based and remote installations from our Leeds office. You will conduct desktop surveys pre-installation so engineers can deliver high-quality installations, while communicating clearly with customers and offering technical solutions where needed.

The role requires ACS CCN1 and CENWAT, at least five years of boiler installation/repair experience, and previous supervisory or management exposure.

Qualifications

• ACS Qualifications CCN1, CENWAT (minimum requirement).
• Minimum of 5 years boiler installation and repair experience with fault finding skills on all domestic gas boilers.
• Previous experience in field supervision or management position.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
• Computer literate (the role will require you to use a range of Microsoft/Google software).
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Full driver’s license.

Job Overview

As an office based Gas Surveyor, you will play a fundamental part in supporting our growth by engaging with our customers to carry out desktop surveys prior to the installation day, to ensure when our engineers are on site they can complete the installation to exceptionally high standards that Zuno have become renowned for.
