Job summary
Bromford is recruiting a Domestic Gas Engineer to service and repair domestic gas systems across our housing portfolio. The role offers stability, reliable training, and a balanced workload with no sales pressure, plus a company van and tools for the job.
You'll perform landlord gas safety checks, service boilers and heating systems, and participate in an on-call rota with attractive pay and benefits, including 27 days leave and pension contributions, supporting sustainable heating upgrades in
Qualifications
- Core gas qualifications: CCN1, CEN1, WAT1, CPA1, CKR1, HTR1.
- Experience in domestic servicing and breakdowns.
- Full UK driving licence.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A Basic DBS check (arranged by BFL).
Responsibilities
- Carrying out landlord gas safety checks.
- Servicing and repairing domestic gas boilers and heating systems.
- Diagnosing faults and completing high-quality repairs.
- Participating in the out-of-hours rota.
