Job summary

Rock Recruitment is seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join our team in Birmingham. You will service, diagnose and repair gas systems and appliances for clients, ensuring safety and efficiency.

The role offers permanent PAYE employment, a local radius territory, van, fuel card, and training in renewables; OTE £60,000 is achievable through overtime.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience in a social housing gas role.
• Knowledge of gas appliances including boilers, heaters and cookers.
• Full UK driving licence and DBS clearance.

Responsibilities

• Service, diagnose and repair gas systems and appliances.
• Conduct safety checks and inspections for safe operation.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot faults and defects.

Salary: £38,000 - £40,000

OTE £60,000

We are currently seeking a qualified Gas Engineer to join our team on a PAYE basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing, diagnosing and repairing gas systems and appliances for our clients .

Responsibilities

• Service, Diagnose, and repair gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
• Conduct safety checks and inspections to ensure systems are working efficiently and meet safety standards
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, identifying and resolving faults and defects

Requirements

• At least 3 years' experience in a similar role within the social housing sector
• Knowledge of gas systems and appliances, including boilers, heaters, and cookers
• Core gas qualifications: CCN1, CENWAT, HTR1, CKR1
• Full UK driving license
• Clean DBS
