Job summary

R9 Recruitment Ltd is hiring a Domestic Service & Repair Gas Engineer for the WD postcode area. You will perform gas service and repair tasks, handling 6–8 jobs each day with full van stock supplied and a guaranteed day rate. The role runs Monday–Friday with an immediate start and a minimum 18‑month contract.

Candidates must be Gas Safe Registered with CKR1 & HTR1, have a valid DBS, carry Public Liability Insurance, and own a van. PAYE permanent roles are also available.

Qualifications

• Gas Safe Registered (CKR1 & HTR1) required.
• ACS CKR1 and HTR1 qualifications are necessary.
• Own van required.
• Public Liability Insurance required.
• Calibrated analyser needed.
• Clean DBS.
• 4+ years' repair experience.

Responsibilities

• Carry out domestic gas service and repair work.
• Complete 6–8 service/repair jobs per day.
• Work on Social Housing contracts.
• Respond to call-outs on a 1 in 4 week rota.
