Job summary

Center Parcs Longleat Forest is seeking a Gas Safe Engineer to join our maintenance team. The role covers attending callouts, maintaining heating systems across guest accommodation and village buildings, and delivering prompt, high-quality service.

You will carry out inspections, preventative maintenance, and report defects while ensuring safety and reliability of heating installations. A current gas safe qualification and relevant trade experience are essential.

Qualifications

• NVQ or SVQ in Engineering Maintenance and Installation in Plumbing, Heating and Ventilation Level 2 & 3 and a current gas safe qualification.
• Previous trade experience (electrical or mechanical).
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Full driving licence (held for a minimum of 6 months)

Job description

Gas Safe Engineer Longleat Forest | Circa £42,200 per annum Keep family breaks running smoothly

You will be responsible for attending callouts and maintaining heating systems across guest accommodation and village buildings. You'll ensure timely repairs, preventative maintenance and deliver excellent customer service.

Your working hours

Full-time contract, shifts fall between 8:0 am and 10:00 pm

You will be contracted to work a guaranteed minimum of 160 hours over a 4 - week period. You may be asked to work additional hours in line with operational requirements

This role includes evenings and alternate weekends

You will be 'on call' during late shifts to handle any out-of-hours issues

About you
