Job description

HomeServe is now recruiting for directly employed Gas Engineers to join our team!

• Location: Hemel Hempstead
• Full Time: You will work an average of 40 hours per week over the year, using annualised hours (less in summer, more in winter), with pay remaining consistent. This includes working some weekends and bank holidays.
• Salary: £51,400 plus a £3,000 signing bonus!

About the role

As a Gas Repair Engineer at HomeServe, your focus will be on delivering excellent customer service by maintaining and repairing gas appliances and central heating systems in our customers’ homes. Your work will help enhance our reputation and drive customer growth.

About You

What we need from you?

• CCN1, CENWAT1, HTR1 & CKR1 certifications
• Full UK Driving Licence with no more than 6 penalty points
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Training & Support

To help you settle into your role, you'll undertake extensive training, starting with a week at our Head Office in Walsall covering all aspects of HomeServe, health and safety, tools, and equipment. You'll then be paired with an experienced Gas Engineer for practical learning. Where appropriate, we will cover your accommodation and meal allowances during induction.
