Job summary

Liberty Group is seeking a Gas Supervisor / Technical Team Leader to lead high-performing operative teams across contracts in the North West. The role combines office leadership with on-site support to ensure delivery of gas-related works and maintenance, while meeting client and business KPIs.

The ideal candidate has ACS qualifications, strong leadership, and a solid gas industry background, with a proactive, flexible approach and full UK driving license.

Qualifications

• ACS qualifications CCN1, HTR1, CKR1 and CENWAT are required.
• Experience managing technical or multi-trade teams in repairs/maintenance or social housing.
• Strong health and safety, compliance and contract delivery knowledge.
• Gas industry background with regulatory knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of engineers and multi-skilled operatives; deliver works and meet KPI’s.
• Manage contract requirements for gas installs, maintenance, repairs, voids and planned work.
• Office-based with some on-site support to range of contracts.
• Provide regular toolbox talks and field/back-office support for end-to-end processes.
• Deputise for line management and manage asset, van stock, PPE and vehicle inspections.
