Job summary

A leading company is seeking an experienced Plumbing & Heating Engineer to join their Estates & Facilities team. You will be responsible for maintaining and repairing plumbing and heating systems across multiple campuses, supporting planned and emergency maintenance tasks. This role requires NVQ Level 3 in plumbing/heating and offers competitive pay, including additional call-out compensation.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in maintenance across a large or complex estate.
• Driving licence and willingness to be on the call-out rota.

They're looking for an experienced and qualified Plumbing & Heating Engineer to carry out a variety of planned and reactive maintenance tasks, installations, and repairs across a wide range of buildings.

What you’ll do:

• Maintain and repair plumbing, drainage, and heating systems
• Work with mechanical plant and gas networks (training provided)
• Support PPM and emergency response duties
• Mentor apprentices and supervise contractors

What you’ll need:

• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in plumbing/heating
• Strong experience in maintenance across a large or complex estate
• Good communication skills and a customer service approach
• A driving licence and willingness to be on the call-out rota (extra pay of ~£3,800/year)
