Job summary

Network Plus is seeking an NCO2 Team Leader to coordinate locating and repairing public reported gas escapes across the network in the UK. You will lead field crews, ensure safety compliance, and promote best practices while improving efficiency.

The role requires a full driving licence, a clean shave daily for safety, and the ability to work on standby. You will manage resources, plan jobs and liaise with contractors to maintain gas services safely.

Qualifications

• Must have a full valid driver’s licence.
• Must be clean shaven every day for health and safety.

Responsibilities

• Receive instructions, plan and organise resources to ensure efficient execution.
• Assist in laying, connecting, disconnecting, commissioning and maintaining pipework and equipment.
• Respond to emergencies, participate in standby and assist in testing and survey work.
• Ensure excavation, backfill, reinstatement and repair work meet required standards.
• Provide training and guidance to teams on operation and maintenance of gas transport system.
• Assist in gathering information and preparing reports and technical information.
