Job summary

AO Gas Engineer role is to visit customers in their homes with one of our drivers, installing gas and electrical products safely and efficiently. You will deliver high‑quality installs and exceptional customer service, with a focus on safety and reliability.

We offer a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern, a company van with fuel paid, and on‑call support from our technical team. Training and development opportunities plus a competitive pension are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have CCN1 & CKR1 qualifications.
• Full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points; over 21 for insurance.
• At least 1 year of gas installations experience.
• Electrical appliance installation experience a plus; training provided.

Responsibilities

As an AO Gas Engineer, you'll head out on the road with one of our drivers, visiting customers in their homes and bringing their appliances to life. You'll be installing gas and electrical products safely and efficiently — no repairs, no guesswork. Just high-quality installs and top‑notch customer service, every single time

A Few Things About You:

You’ll need to have:

• A full UK driving licence with no more than 6 points
• CCN1 & CKR1 qualifications
• To be over 21 for insurance purposes
• At least 1 years' experience in gas installations

It’d be great if you also have:

• Some experience installing electrical appliances (but don't worry — we'll give you all the training you need to get up to speed)
