Job summary

Sureserve Group is seeking an installation professional to manage day-to-day installs and ensure to project specs, client criteria, and regulatory standards. You will complete paperwork, maintain safety procedures, and ensure timely delivery of installations in the social housing sector.

The successful candidate will hold valid ACS gas qualifications, a full UK driving licence (less than 6 points), and experience delivering high levels of customer service to a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS gas qualifications and other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence with fewer than 6 points.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service to a diverse client base.
• Experience working in or with social housing is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day management of the installation you have been assigned.
• Complete the installation to the specification of the survey and client criteria and to all governing body regulations.
• Report any reasons why the above cannot be achieved to your installation supervisor.
• Complete all contract-specific paperwork at the time of the installation and acquire all necessary signatures.
• Carry out duties professionally and courteously, maintaining cleanliness and respect for others’ property.
• Return to recalls at the request of your installation supervisor.
• Complete the assigned installation within the set time frame.
• Complete all paperwork including timesheets and H&S monitoring forms.
• Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to.
• Ensure all certification and documentation is completed accurately.

Role
