Job summary

We are hiring a Gas Engineer to join Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, delivering heating services across London & the South East. You will perform day-to-day gas repairs and servicing, with a focus on first-time fixes and customer satisfaction.

The role requires valid ACS gas qualifications and a full UK driving licence. Social housing experience is desirable, and a strong commitment to safety and quality is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points).
• Experience in Social Housing desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
