Job summary

Network Plus group is seeking a Purge and Relight Gas Supervisor to join the Cadent CMO team on the Mains Replacement Contract across the North West. You will apply your technical expertise to deliver first-class gas safety services, working within a regional team of engineers and requiring a full UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Gas Engineer.
• Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification with a recognised certification.
• CMET1 & CMET2, MET4, REG1 & REG2.
• CODNCO1, TPCP1, CCN1, CESP1, CMA1 or equivalents.

Responsibilities

• Inspect pipework alterations for meter relocations within client SLAs.
• Carry out gas safety checks and visual inspections of appliances following gas safe regulations.
• Engineer on-site solutions with focus on first-time fix.
• Plan workload and book appointments to meet timescales and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate data collection and sharing with relevant departments.
• Manage stock planning and availability of equipment.
• Deputise for service delivery manager when required.
• Address customer complaints promptly and resolve with all parties.
• Maintain commercial awareness for cost-effective mobile engineering.
• Work autonomously while delivering first-class service.
