Gas Mains Delivery Supervisor – North West

Job summary

Network Plus is seeking a Service Delivery Supervisor to manage LDP Operational Teams delivering Cadent's Mains Replacement Programme in the North West. You will supervise teams from handover to project completion, ensuring HSEQ performance, programme adherence and customer satisfaction.

The role requires gas industry qualifications (SHEA, NRSWA) and preferably IOSH/SMSTS, with a focus on safe, compliant site delivery in a busy North West environment.

Qualifications

• Proven experience supervising delivery teams in Gas projects.
• SHEA (Gas) and NRSWA supervision experience.
• IOSH/SMSTS or equivalent safety qualifications preferred.
• NCO Gas Level 2 or Gas manager’s appreciation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the delivery teams during the works, including site set up, enabling of the works, Gas operations, backfill & reinstatement and site completion
• Attend all sites to disseminate Construction Phase Plan information and brief the Team Leader on responsibilities to ensure compliance with CDM, IGEM and Cadent standards
• Supervise opening/closing of street works permits per NRSWA and manage Traffic Management and Permit Conditions
• Ensure client and operational requirements are met professionally and efficiently
• Collaborate with Customer Liaison Officer to engage with customers and identify needs to minimise disruption
• Provide daily and weekly reports and ensure service levels and objectives are achieved
• Provide constructive input and embrace change; contribute to problem-solving
• Ensure safety issues are reported per Company procedures

NRSWA 1991 (Supervisor)

SCO 1,2 & 5 (preferred)

IOSH or SMSTS (preferred)

NCO Gas Level 2 / Gas manager’s appreciation
