Network Plus is seeking a Purge and Relight Gas Supervisor to work on the Mains Replacement Contract across the North West. You will perform gas safety checks, appliance inspections, and on-site engineering to deliver a first-class, safe service.

A full UK driving license is essential. Work is within a regional team of engineers with responsibilities including data accuracy, stock control, and customer liaison.

Qualifications

• Apprenticeship or equivalent with recognised certification.
• CMET 1 & CMET 2, MET4, REG1 & REG 2.
• CODNCO1, TPCP1, CCN1, CESP1, CMA1 or equivalents.

Responsabilités

• Inspect pipework alterations for meter relocations within client SLAs.
• Carry out gas safety checks and visual inspections of appliances per Gas Safe regulations; record data accurately.
• Engineer on-site solutions with focus on first-time fix.
• Understand workload planning and appointment booking to meet timescales and customer requirements.
• Ensure data is returned from every job and shared with relevant departments.
• Manage stock planning and availability of equipment to complete jobs.
• Deputise for service delivery manager when required.
• Attend to customer complaints promptly and resolve outcomes.
• Maintain commercial awareness; identify cost-effective mobile engineering solutions.

Formation

Apprenticeship, or similar qualification, with a recognised certification
