Network Plus is seeking a Purge and Relight Gas Supervisor to support the Cadent Mains Replacement Contract in the North West. Based in Worsley, you will join a regional team of engineers delivering safe, first-class gas services in compliance with Gas Safe regulations.

The role requires a full UK driving licence and CMET/MET qualifications; duties include inspecting and testing gas installations, planning workloads, managing stock, and deputising for the delivery manager as needed.

Competenze

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Gas Engineer with good IT skills.
• Apprenticeship or similar qualification with a recognised certification.
• CMET 1 & CMET 2, MET4, REG1 & REG 2.
• CODNCO1, TPCP1, CCN1, CESP1, CMA1 or equivalents.

Mansioni

• Inspect pipework alterations for meter relocations under client SLAs.
• Carry out gas safety checks and visual inspections of all appliances in line with gas safe regulations and ensure accurate data is recorded.
• Engineer on-site solutions with a focus on first-time fix.
• Understand workload planning and appointment booking to meet required timescales and customer requirements.
• Ensure accurate data is returned from every job and shared with relevant departments to keep records up to date.
• Manage stock planning and control to ensure availability of equipment required to complete jobs.
• Deputise for service delivery manager when required.
• Attend to customer complaints in a timely manner and ensure a suitable resolution is achieved for all parties.
• Possess good commercial awareness and deliver a professional mobile engineering service.
