Ganymede Energy is recruiting an Emergency Gas Response Engineer to respond to gas escape incidents and alarms at customers' homes. You will receive full training including CODNESP1 qualification and direct training with Cadent Gas, preparing you to work live as an emergency response engineer across the Essex area.
You will be the face of the brand during urgent gas situations, with a 40-hour rota (24/7, 365 days) and a 41,500 GBP annual minimum salary plus a 2,000 GBP contract bonus.

As part of the role, you will be provided with full training including putting you through your CODNESP1 (Gas escape qualification) & direct training with Cadent Gas along with mentoring before going out live as an emergency response gas engineeracross the Essexarea.

You must have experience working within the gas industry, including good knowledge of gas appliances, testing, purging and the commissioning of pipework, Installation, replacement, and maintenance of gas meters and an understanding of Standards, Legislation, Codes of Practice and Health and Safety.
We’re looking for excellentcommunication skills, the ability to keep calm under pressure, a full UK driving licence and excellent pipework skills.
