Qualifications

• Trade related qualification for Gas engineer is required.
• CCN1/COCDN1 and COCN1/CODNCO1 certificates listed.

Responsibilities

• Perform reactive and preventive gas and plumbing duties across estates.
• Liaise with staff and external contractors to complete works.
• Ensure timely completion and submit required paperwork and certification.
• Work with line manager and advise on technical matters.
• Order materials from suppliers following purchasing procedures.
