Job summary

Sanctuary Maintenance Contractors Limited is seeking a Gas Engineer to join our Midlands/Cherwell Gas Team in Adderbury. You will perform gas installation and servicing across boilers and systems, including Y&S plans, Combi swaps, conversions and unvented cylinder installs.

Work alongside an apprentice, with potential service and breakdown duties depending on workload. Salary ranges from £44,347 to £46,681 per year; 40 hours weekly, Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30, with a closing date of 30

Qualifications

Must have CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, Unvented - G3, and WRAS certification, or be currently working towards them.
Proven ability to analyse faults and implement effective solutions.
Experience with installation, servicing and maintenance of gas central heating systems.

Responsibilities

Carry out fault fixing, maintenance, installation and commissioning of gas heating systems per contract specs.
Provide accurate progress updates and maintain clear customer communications.
Respond to complaints and breakdowns to meet service standards.
Resolve issues promptly and keep customers informed per processes.
Maintain tools and equipment in good order and manage stock levels.
