Job summary

Gas Engineer Domestic Service and Breakdown in East London is needed for a large housing maintenance specialist with extensive work across East London and nearby Essex. You will service and fault-find domestic boilers and provide breakdown support.

Applicants should hold ACS domestic qualifications (CENWAT, CCN, CKR, HTR) and be willing to participate in a callout rota (1 day per week, including weekends). A van is provided and full company benefits apply; interviews and start dates ASAP.

Qualifications

• Experience in breakdown and servicing on domestic gas boilers.
• Willingness to cover on-call rota (1 day per week, including weekends).

Gas Engineer Domestic Service and Breakdown East London, Essex borders 42 to 47k, Typical earnings 50 to 55k. Van, large company benefits Interview and start ASAP

Domestic Gas Engineers required for large housing maintenance specialist with lots of work in East London close Essex areas. Suitable candidates must be competent with breakdown and servicing on all domestic gas boilers.

There is a requirement for all of the engineers in the team to cover callout. This is 1 day per week, every week and rolling including weekend days. Out of hours are 24hr, however after 10pm will only be for major water leaks. These are paid at 40 incomplete and 50 for completions. Overtime works at 1.5 hour rate travel to job and time to complete. There are also opportunities for training and development.

Suitable Gas engineers must hold domestic ACS qualifications for CENWAT, CCN, CKR,HTR. Qualifications in ASHP, OFTEC or LPG are also desired and will increase the salary banding offered, but are not essential.
