Job summary

CMS - Recruitment is seeking Domestic Gas Engineers for a large housing maintenance specialist with extensive work in NW, W, SL and GU areas. You will service and repair domestic gas boilers and handle breakdowns to keep properties running smoothly.

The role includes one day per week on-call with weekend coverage; out-of-hours for major leaks after 10pm and overtime at standard rates. ACS qualifications (CENWAT, CCN, CKR, HTR) are required, with ASHP/OFTEC/LPG desirable.

Qualifications

• Must hold domestic ACS qualifications for CENWAT, CCN, CKR, HTR.
• Qualifications in ASHP, OFTEC or LPG are desirable and may increase salary banding.

Responsibilities

• Cover callout 1 day per week, including weekend days.
• Competent with breakdown and servicing on all domestic gas boilers.
• On-call out of hours for major water leaks after 10pm; overtime paid.
