Job summary

Sureserve is hiring a Gas Engineer to join our team in the South East. You will perform daily gas repairs, fault finding, and annual servicing visits, while delivering high-quality work and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also meet first-time fix targets and communicate promptly with the contact centre.

Required ACS gas qualifications and a Full UK Driving Licence (6 points max). Housing-sector experience is desirable, with a strong focus on safety and service quality.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS gas qualifications are required.
• Full UK driving licence (no more than 6 points) is essential.
• Experience in social housing is desirable but not essential.
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service is required.

Responsibilities

Role

We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Gas Engineer to join our growing team, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Carrying out day-to-day repairs
• Fault finding
• Completing annual servicing visits
• Meeting first-time fix targets
• Maintaining high-quality standards
• Focusing on customer satisfaction
• Attending jobs on time, notifying the contact centre/customer of any delays

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
