Job summary

Sureserve Compliance South, part of the Sureserve Group, is seeking an installation professional to manage and complete gas-related installations in London & the South East. You will ensure compliance with survey specifications and regulatory standards while delivering high levels of customer service.

The role requires a valid ACS gas qualification and a full UK driving licence with minimal points, plus the ability to work with a diverse client base.

Qualifications

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications.
• Full UK Driving Licence (no more than 6 points).
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service.
• Ability to work with a diverse customer base.

Responsibilities

• Manage the installation day-to-day.
• Complete installation per survey/specifications and regulations.
• Report issues to installation supervisor.
• Complete all contract paperwork with signatures.
• Maintain professionalism, cleanliness, and safety at all times.
• Return recalls as required by supervisor.
• Complete installation within the set timeframe.
• Submit all paperwork including timesheets and H&S forms.
• Ensure health, safety and environmental procedures are followed.
• Ensure all certifications and documentation are completed accurately.

We support our clients across domestic gas, commercial gas, renewables, and electrical services. Role

• Day-to-day management of the installation you have been assigned
• Complete the installation to the specification of the survey and the client criteria and to all governing body regulations
• Report any reasons why the above cannot be achieved to your installation supervisor
• To complete all contract-specific paperwork at the time of the installation and acquire all necessary signatures
• Carry out your duties professionally and courteously, show awareness and respect for other people's property, and maintain a high level of cleanliness in all areas of your work
• To return to any recalls at the request of your installation supervisor
• Complete the assigned installation within the set time frame
• Complete all paperwork including timesheets and H&S Monitoring forms
• Ensure Health & Safety & Environmental procedures and standards are adhered to
• Ensuring all certification and documentation is completed accurately

The successful candidate will have

• Valid ACS & other relevant gas qualifications
• Full UK Driving Licence (less than 6 points)
• Experience within Social Housing desirable, but not essential
• Experience delivering high levels of customer service
• The ability to work with a diverse customer base
