Job summary

Rock Recruitment's client, an established social housing contractor in West London, is seeking a skilled Gas Breakdown Engineer to diagnose and repair a wide range of domestic heating systems.

You will handle boiler fault finding, radiator components, pumps and motorised valves, with strong fault-finding abilities and a Full Domestic ACS.

This permanent role includes a van and fuel card, a competitive salary, annual leave, and a company pension scheme, with call-out and overtime opportunities.

Qualifications

• Full Domestic ACS required.
• Proven experience in domestic gas breakdown and repairs.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities.
• Good knowledge of central heating systems.
• Experience with heating systems beyond boilers.

Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 (depending on experience) w/ Van and Fuel Card

Our client, an established social housing contractor, is looking for an experienced Gas Breakdown Engineer to join their team.

This is a great opportunity for a skilled engineer with strong domestic breakdown experience who is confident diagnosing and repairing a wide range of heating systems.

Responsibilities:

• Diagnosing and repairing domestic gas boiler breakdowns
• Carrying out boiler fault finding and component replacements
• Working on radiators, radiator valves and central heating systems
• Diagnosing and replacing pumps and motorised valves
• Carrying out general plumbing and heating repairs where required

Requirements:

• Full Domestic ACS
• Proven experience in domestic gas breakdown and repairs
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic abilities
• Good knowledge of central heating systems
• Experience working with all aspects of heating systems, not just boilers.
• Full UK driving licence
