Job summary

Zuno is seeking a Service & Repair Engineer in the Field Based Yorkshire region. You will undertake service, repair and remedial work on domestic gas appliances and central heating systems in customers’ homes in addition to occasional boiler installations.

Strong technical knowledge and excellent customer skills are essential. You will work via the Zuno App, conduct WIP and post-install audits, support compliance, and liaise with Gas Safe inspectors when required.

Qualifications

• ACS qualifications (CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT).
• GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent).
• 5+ years boiler service & repair experience with fault-finding on domestic gas boilers.
• Up-to-date boiler knowledge.
• Experience in a customer-driven environment.
• Health and safety working experience.
• Clear, effective communication in English.
• Flexible and adaptable to workloads.
• Ability to work on own initiative and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate, relevant advice to customers.
• Coach engineers on best technical practice and customer service.
• Identify abnormal problems and escalate to management.
• Communicate clearly with customers, engineers and colleagues.
• Adhere to legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Undertake service, repair and remedial work via the Zuno App.
• Carry out WIP and post-install audits as required by Compliance Team.
• Occasionally complete full boiler installations.
• Attend customers’ homes for Gas Safe Inspector meetings and remedial work.
• Represent Zuno professionally at all times.
