Zuno is seeking a Field Based Service & Repair Engineer to service, repair and remediate domestic gas appliances and central heating systems in customers' homes in Leeds and surrounding areas. The role may include occasional boiler installations and post-install audits.

You will carry out WIP and post-install audits on colleagues and subcontractors under the Compliance Team's guidance, while maintaining high safety and quality standards and providing excellent customer service.

Qualificações

• Minimum 5 years boiler service and repair experience.
• ACS qualifications ( CPA1, CCN1, CENWAT ) and Gas Safe registration.
• GCSE Maths and English completed.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure customers receive accurate, relevant advice.
• Coach engineers on best technical practice and customer service.
• Highlight abnormal problems to management immediately.
• Communicate clearly with customers, engineers and colleagues.
• Adhere to legislation, regulations and company policies.
• Undertake service, repair and remedial work via the Zuno App (majority of workload).
• Submit paperwork via iAuditor to Compliance Team.
