Job summary

Chef Works Europe Ltd is seeking an Embroidery & Print Coordinator to coordinate garment decoration projects across a broad customer base. The role handles embroidery, screen printing, heat transfers and tax-tabbing from design through to production.

You will report to the Customer Experience Manager and manage multiple orders at various stages, liaising with customers, sales, suppliers and the embellishment team to ensure smooth delivery and quality results.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years' experience in apparel, textile, garment decoration or garment printing
• Knowledge of garment decoration techniques including embroidery, screen printing, digital transfers
• Experience using Wilcom embroidery and apparel decoration software
• Strong organisation and attention to detail
• Good problem-solving customer service skills and quality control understanding
• Ability to manage multiple orders, priorities and deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Experience across design/development and planning/production stages

Responsibilities

• Coordinate artwork development, mock-ups, samples and approvals
• Manage embellishment projects from design to production
• Liaise with customers to clarify specs, quality and timelines
• Coordinate embroidery, screen printing and digital transfers
• Monitor embellishment quality and resolve issues
• Track garments and materials to ensure timely delivery
• Forecast capacity and maintain production schedules
• Process customer orders and respond to enquiries mainly by email
• Prepare garment mock-ups for approvals and presentations
• Coordinate deliveries and customs documentation for UK export
• Maintain information in Order Management System
• Handle pricing enquiries with relevant departments
• Support trade shows, competitions and presentations
• Handle customer queries or complaints professionally
• Communicate effectively with customers, suppliers and internal teams
