Job summary

NTW Solutions Limited is recruiting a Gardener to join the Estates Team at Northgate Hospital in Morpeth. The role covers the repair, maintenance and inspection of external grounds, ensuring safe and well-kept outdoor spaces for patients and staff.

Band A rate £12.92/hour, with a potential £2.5K welcome incentive and a total earnings package that reflects NHS-linked terms and on-call duties. DBS clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 2 or equivalent is required.
• Experience in grounds maintenance preferred.
• Understanding of health & safety procedures.

Responsibilities

• Repair, maintain and inspect external grounds and gardens.
• Ensure safe environment for patients, public and staff.
• Be prepared for training and development as needed.
• Participate in out of hours and weekend on-call rota and provide cover when needed.
