Job summary

Adecco is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative in Coventry to maintain gardens across a variety of properties. The role starts ASAP and carries a pay of £13.46 per hour. This is an on-going temp role, with hours: Mon-Thu 7:30–15:30 and Fri 7:30–15:00.

DBS clearance is required before starting. You will perform garden clearance, general grounds maintenance, and basic landscaping tasks, collaborating with the neighbourhoods team to uphold high standards and using available tools and equipment

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance and horticulture preferred.
• Basic maintenance skills and familiarity with hand tools and machinery.

Responsibilities

• Undertake gardening, garden clearance, and grounds maintenance across properties.
• Perform seasonal external maintenance tasks, including hard landscaping and fencing repairs.
• Collaborate with neighbourhoods team to uphold high estate standards.
• Use modern technology to enhance service delivery on-the-go.
