Job summary

NTW Solutions Limited is seeking a skilled Joiner to join our Estates Team in Morpeth. You will perform planned and reactive maintenance, refurbishments, and woodworking tasks across NHS properties and CNTW Group sites. An NVQ/CITY & Guilds joinery qualification is preferred, with grounding in health and safety.

The role offers a £2,500 welcome bonus and potential earnings up to £38,392 per annum, with enhancements for weekend and on-call duties. Applicants from NHS backgrounds encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience in service, maintenance, and repair of building installations and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Faithful adherence to health & safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned preventative and reactive building maintenance duties.
• Carry out minor and major refurbishment works and manufacturing as required.
• Work across CNTW Group properties and related areas.
